Wilma “Lucy” Louise (McDonald) Carroll
85, of Clay Township, Hamilton County Indiana, passed away Monday morning. She was born August 13, 1935 in Johnson County Indiana to Charles and Mary (Morris) McDonald. Lucy enjoyed crafting, knitting, painting, and puzzles. She studied art and received her degree at the Art Institute of Indianapolis. She took pride in making flower arrangements to raise money for Shriner Hospital.
Survivors include her loving Daughter, Mattie Lou Hester (Harold) of Carmel, Indiana, and Eight Grandchildren, Brandon Adam McGhehey (Jenny) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Connie Nicole Godbold (Chuck) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Tina Marie Zacarias (Elmer) of Plainwell, Michigan, Carl Wayne Begley (Cassie) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jessica Ann Hester of Carmel, Indiana, Andre McClintock of Springdale, Arkansas, Michael Edward Miller of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Erick Thomas Miller of Indianapolis, Indiana, Four Great Grandchildren, Mariah Tiana McClintock of Reno, Nevada, Valery Jade McClintock of Reno, Nevada, Jaslene Regina Zacarias of Plainwell, Michigan, and Zulai Felicie Zacarias of Plainwell, Michigan, and a Sister, Jackie Keller (Jerry) of Greenwood.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers Charles Arthur "Bud" McDonald, Louis McDonald, infant Ronnie McDonald, three sisters Mary Lou Kegley, Irene Hinderliter, and Margie J. Settle, and loving Son Carl Buster Begley.
On Saturday, December 19th there will be a memorial service conducted at 2pm at Oakley Hammond Funeral Home at 5342 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana 46219.
