Julio Vazquez Age 83, left his earthly life on December 16, 2020. He was born November 12, 1937 in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico to Marcelina Flores Martin and Pablo Vasquez Muñoz. Julio was a retiree of Rexnord (Link-Belt). Julio’s passion was his family. He enjoyed immensely spending time with all of his family going to the movies, eating at a variety of restaurants and shopping at his favorite store, The Goodwill. He enjoyed telling stories of his childhood in Mexico and how proud he was becoming a US citizen in 1967 and serving a church mission in Mexico for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He never met a stranger and was kind to all whom he met. He was a very generous man and loved to purchase groceries to fill bags to be donated during the holidays. He never wanted anyone to go without. He enjoyed being the emcee and judge of his grand daughters beauty pageants, singing and dancing competitions. He enjoyed music, watching sports, going to his grandchildren’s sporting events, music concerts, working with the community center educating the community about the Mexican culture and food.
